Returns policy

We accept returns within 30 calendar days of receipt, provided the product is unopened, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Once the product is received, we process the refund within 5-10 business days using the original payment method.

If you receive a defective product, please contact us with photos. We cover return shipping costs and send a replacement at no charge.
